The Accreditation Institute (TAI) was founded in January 2013 by Shedi B Masendeke, a passionate Food Technologist and Food Safety Auditor with almost a decade’s worth knowledge and experience in the Food Industry. TAI’s main focus is the implementation, maintenance and assessment of Food Safety Management Systems to facilitate technical efficiency and ultimately, Certification.
