TAI's main focus is the implementation, maintenance and assessment of Food Safety Management Systems to facilitate technical efficiency and ultimately, Certification.

History

Shedi Masendeke - Founder

The Accreditation Institute (TAI) Pty Ltd was founded in January 2013 by Shedi B Masendeke, a passionate Food Technologist and Food Safety Auditor with over 20 years worth knowledge and experience in the Food Manufacturing and Auditing Industry.

Shedi has been exposed to a fantastic range of Industries within the Food Sector i.e. Meat, Dairy, Milling (flour, sugar, maize), Cereals and Pulses, Bottling (carbonated and non-carbonated, alcoholic and non-alcoholic), Packaging such as glass, metal, plastics (flexibles and rigids), paper and board etc.

Having worked with humanitarian aid organisations such as the World Food Programme her approach to food safety is stringent and meticulous and thus has gained her respect amongst her peers within the Industry and the wide range of Clients that she has worked with. Shedi thus offers technical guidance in the implementation of the wide range of Food Safety Standards and in the auditing of the same.
